TracBrowser, inplace browsing version 2: always show the expand/collapse icons in front of the folder icon. Thanks to mitsuhiko who suggested me the ideas for this ''version 2'' ;-)

TracBrowser, inplace browsing version 2: once queried, the elements are kept and only hidden when collapsed. A second expand will simply show them again instead of querying the server again. For a refresh, you'll have to refresh the whole page.

WorkFlow: redo [5330] using a Javascript-only solution.

WorkFlow: Rework DefaultTicketActionController to provide a couple of helper
functions for other controllers.
