0.10.5dev: ported r5312 (''scoped repository edge case''). I had to port r4394 as well for being able to reuse the same test repository.

The check for root property changes was wrong, and this was problematic for scoped repositories in some corner cases.

More specifically, a wc to wc copy from outside to inside of the scope, followed by some deletes of the copied files resulted in bogus entries in the `node_change` table. This fixes ticket:3778#comment:34.

List of files should not omit the root, in case there's a prop change there. Otherwise, the ''location'' information will be wrong.

trac-post-commit-hook must cope with changesets that are not cached, as this can happen with scoped repositores (when no changes are within the scope)
