Commit [r4997]  Maximize  Restore  History

Fix the `has_node` method, for the !CachedRepository and the !SubversionRepository classes. It should be able to accept a `path` argument only, and then the `rev` reverts to None, with the usual meaning of "use latest". Fix #4830.
