When `[changeset] wiki_format_messages` is set to false, <pre> should wrap the log message. Thanks to Sergei Haller for noticing the problem.

Follow-up to r4797, simplify implementation a bit and update inline documentation for the Image macro: add `link` argument and deprecate the `nolink` one.

Add a `link` argument to the Image wiki macro. If set to `no`, this is equivalent to the `nolink` argument. Otherwise, can be set to any TracLinks, e.g. `[[Image(logo.png, link=WikiStart)]]`. Implements #3567.

Show the last version of the Wiki page with the version information, after a save without modification. That way, one can see that the page was not modified without displaying the scary ''Page not modified'' error. Fixes #4221.

Add the possibility to review the changes made while editing a Wiki page. Implements #3522.

When looking at the closed tickets from the milestone view, see them grouped by ''resolution''. Implements #3930.

r4782 used a Genshi [genshi:milestone:0.4] feature... fix compatibility with 0.3.6. Closes #4777.
