Added (enscript) support for java built-in wikiprocessor.
Added TracSyntaxColoring to default wikipages.

Refuse to create new wiki pages unless the page was actually edited. Closes
#261. Also refuse page editing if the page meanwhile has been edited by
someone else.

Added missing calls to locale.setlocale(...) to make user locales work.
Closes #270.

Updated hook-scripts to reflect the trac db->env change (patch from Tristan
Seligmann).

Log.py should now be able to handle file renames/branches/tags.

Unbreak links in the namn column for files in the browser.
