In ticket diff view, base the ticket values for the new version on the ticket values from the old version (problem was visible in presence of custom textareas).

Fix the logic associated with viewing a ticket at a specific version.

Two small fixes, follow-up to r4387:
- creating new tickets didn't set the status as `new` (#4335)
- wrong attribute `field_name` used instead of `name` (#4340)

Added [http://pygments.pocoo.org/ Pygments]-based syntax coloring, which provides more beautiful and flexible output than any other supported colorer for many languages, and is thus the new default. Closes #4246.

Custom checkbox ticket fields with default-checked state should work now.
