Fixes for Python 2.1.

* Better Wiki/Attachment layout.
* Enscript mimeviewer for syntax coloring of many languages.
* Deuglification/CSS-filter for enscript output.
* Escape URLs in Wiki. (See #202)
* Default to 30 days in timeline.

I messed up and placed a new function inside an existing function.

* Make sure trac.upgrades get installed
* Don't use fancy lamda functions, python2.1 can't handle them.

Added attachment support (both wiki and tickets). This required a schema
change so "trac-admin /path/to/project upgrade" is required.

Refactored ui for Browser, Log and File to make browsing the repo easier and
nicer looking.

Added default image-mimeviewer. Moved mime-guessing code from File to
Mimeviewer. Added silvercity-support for svg and javascript coloring.

Include mimeviewers package. Thanks to Laurie Harper for noticing.

Better mime-type guessing logic.

Added initial file syntax highlightning support (Both for repository files
and attachments).
