VcRefactoring/BrowserQuickjump: enhanced the quickjump selector UI
- don't show it at all if there are no quickjump entries
- put the empty selected entry at the top
- if Javascript is enabled, get rid of the '' Go! '' button and directly jump to the entry after selection
