0.10.3dev: Ported r4341, tentative fix for #3645 (''MySQL disconnect'')

Attempt to fix the MySQL disconnect issue (#3645). Thanks to Scott MacVicar for the idea of using `ping`.

SpamFilter plugin: changed the attachment adapter to not filter binary attachment data. Should close #4087.

Add MySQL version to the system info.

0.10.3dev: Ported r4337, fix for #4204 (''resync broken'')

Fix the `resync` command, as the `sync()` was actually triggered before we cleared the `repository_dir` info. Fixes #4204.

Follow-up to [4334]: always show full wiki text in RSS feed.

Fix chrome unit test failures.

* Fixes for the timeline RSS feed, including #4185.
* Slightly simplified the data structure passed from the timeline controller to the templates.

Enable `AttachmentModule` tests which were apparently disabled by accident. Fixed them up, but the fixes don't seem entirely right. (Christian, can you please look into fixing these tests properly?)
