Fix chrome unit test failures.

* Fixes for the timeline RSS feed, including #4185.
* Slightly simplified the data structure passed from the timeline controller to the templates.

Enable `AttachmentModule` tests which were apparently disabled by accident. Fixed them up, but the fixes don't seem entirely right. (Christian, can you please look into fixing these tests properly?)

Minor cleanup of the PHP syntax highlighter.

Added basic opensearch support.

Using firefox2 and IE7 it is now possible to add the trac search
engine to the browser ui search field.

0.10.3dev: remove some debug logging that would otherwise get triggered for every request.

VcRefactoring/BrowserQuickjump: follow-up to r4325, for tags, if we decide to keep the created_rev sticky, we also need to use the created_path information for building the href.
