TracQuery: correctly format date values when they occur in the query result. Closes #4158.

Follow-up to r4251, ascending order should correspond to the `desc` parameter being omitted. Fixes #4169.

WorkFlow: Ported [4096/trunk/templates/ticket_view.html] that slipped in while I backported changes to trunk. Also fixed an unecessary whitespace difference. Now WorkFlow and trunk are quite in sync ;)
