TracTimeline is now a module on its own (ref. #2101)

TracTimeline refactoring: introduce the !TimelineEvent and update the ITimelineEventProvider interface. Existing timeline providers are handled by compatibility code.

fix spelling of `render_admin_panel` in the definition of the `IAdminPanelProvider` interface

merge the ClearSilver version of the CSRF form token from r4145 to trunk so that ClearSilver-based plugins still work on trunk

TracMercurial: don't propagate unicode strings to hg, as it is not yet handling them. The fix would benefit from #3809, though... Thanks to Mathieu Clabaut for the report and for having tested the fix.

Enable ticket notification mails to be properly threaded by adding "Re:" to the subject. Thanks for the patch Tim! Closes #4118.

Ported [4206] to 0.10-stable, follow-up to r4201 (''use repos.authz in web_ui/changeset.py'')

The TracChangeset module shouldn't assume the authorizer is a !SubversionAuthorizer; use the `repos.authz` instead.

This also eliminates the incompatibilities with the changes introduced by r4200 to its `__init__` method.

Ported r4204 to 0.10-stable (fixes #2169)
