Some improvements for the XHR auto-completion functionality on the diff form:
* Entries are now sorted correctly
* Various fixes for IE6 and IE7
* Better behavior when multiple suggest-enabled fields are used on the same page

Revert r3990 and provide a "correct" fix for the issue addressed there: we need to distinguish between `rev`, the rev currently browsed, and a new `stickyrev` value, set when explicitely browsing the tree at a given rev.
