Some fixes for the new error page.

`datetime` fix: Request.check_modified now takes a `datetime` object and the Attachment object now has a `date` (`datetime`) field instead of a `time` field (timestamp).

Fix ticket navigation when viewing the first or last ticket in a query.

Fix the ticket view template to work with the somewhat stricter error checking in Genshi trunk.
