No longer need ticket_attachment_support-based_on_trunk branch.

Deleted dbapi_support branch and created postgresql_support branch.

Use a rfc2617 digest auth implementation. rfc2069 isn't supported by IE.

Added support for ticket keywords. Fixes #233.

Intelligent email ticket entry/change notification. Comments are properly
referred-to (for threading). Email addresses used from reporter,cc and editors
fields.

Make sure ticket and changeset ids are integers.

* Modified the timeline query to work with databases that do stricter type checking.
* Fixed a typo in db_default.py.

Fixed two bugs spotted by rocky.

Search for templates first in the environment then in the configured
directory.

* Convert wiki pages into utf-8 before importing.
* Updated the hook-scripts for the new schema.
