VcRefactoring/BrowserQuickjump: API changes
- s/get_points_of_interest/get_special_location/: not sure if the name is really better, but the API is:
- doesn't need the `href` anymore
- instead, return only path and rev information needed to create new TracBrowser links; this is now possible thanks to the r3862 changes, which makes it easy to see you're browsing a specific revision and to jump to the changeset page (will be useful for Mercurial tags)
- the Subersion special locations listed are always the same, irrelevant of the rev currently browsed
