* Convert wiki pages into utf-8 before importing.
* Updated the hook-scripts for the new schema.

* Renamed permission.user to permission.username to avoid keyword problem with postgresql.
* Added tracdb2env to MANIFEST.in
* Added sqlite 2.8.13 bug workaround to Wiki.py.

Removed some utf8_to_lat1 calls. Also install tracdb2env.

This changset will probably break stuff. As of now Trac project info
is stored in a Trac Environment (a few directories and a config file and a
sqlite db). scripts/tracdb2env can be used to convert existing databases to
the new "environment" format.

If you are using trac.cgi, you should also point TRAC_ENV to the
environment directory (TRAC_DB isn't used any more).

Mark Browser navbar item as active when in Log view.

Small appearance and ui improvements. Better naming and consistency in the
navbar. Fixes #195, #196 and #197.
