Genshi branch: Migrated the ''report'' module

It works pretty well, but it would probably benefit from more testing.
There are a couple of minor things left to be finished:
- in the RSS format, we currently end up with multiple <pubDate>
- we should handle dynamic report variables when changing the sort order (formerly report.var)
