Markup branch: refactoring of the Changeset view template, so that the rendering of a list of diffs can be more easily reused.

- new `changeset_navigation` macro
- new `diff_options_fields` macro
- `diff_display` macro has been inlined in diff_div.html
- `diff_line_class` macro is now the `first_last` helper function

Markup branch: small fix for internal errors rendering.

InterWiki fixes:
- changes in InterMapTxt didn't trigger an update of the cache
- InterWiki targets (i.e. the part after the prefix) are now
correctly appended even if they contain ":" characters and
the InterWiki mapping doesn't make use of positional arguments.
Fixes #3643, thanks to Dan <trac@...> for the
suggestion and the code.
