Commit [r3638]  Maximize  Restore  History

Markup branch: migration of the Revision Log module continued (RSS format)

Note for `shortlog`: `plaintext` is not exported from markup.core, so I'm using `striptags` instead.
Also, I use join/splitlines instead of replace, as we have to cope with multiple kind of newlines, here "\r".
