Should fix up #3491:
* Convert the recipient address used for MD5 digest generation to ASCII
* Add a non-regression test for this issue
* Fix up an invalid unit test for notifications w/ multi-line summaries
* Wrap lines to 80 cols in notification test suite

The login module should only match the exact paths `/login/?` and `/logout/?`, not paths with extra segment after those. Should fix the XML-RPC plugin under [TracStandalone tracd].

WebAdmin: move `ctxtnav` outside of `content`-DIV, to match where it is in other Trac templates.

handle empty `query:` TracLinks (fixes #3373)

Follow-up to r3576: the quickjump check should of course be done before the removal of the "!" escape, so by entering e.g. "!!WikiStart" in the quickjump box, you get the search results for WikiStart instead of jumping there.

Style fix for the Timeline 'changeset_show_files' option: make the changeset message more apparent by making the file listing lighter and smaller

The quickjump to `/some/path` feature was broken: fixed it and move all the quickjump related code to the `Search.check_quickjump` method.

SpamFilter: For authenticated users, there\'s no `author` parameter in the request.

No longer assume that a postgresql database always contains a schema named 'public'. This fixes #3308.
