markup branch: Renamed the `trac.util.markup` module to `trac.util.html`, which basically just imports the corresponding stuff from the `markup` package, as [http://lists.edgewall.com/archive/trac-dev/2006-July/000749.html explained] on trac-dev. Not actually using Markup for templating yet.

Don't loose the old version argument when updating the Wiki diff preferences. Closes #3439.

Start markup branch.

Update link to project site in all the boilerplate etc.

datetime branch: a couple of fixes for the timeline, and use `heapq` for in-place sorting of events.

datetime branch: Added time zone selection UI to the settings page.

datetime branch: Initial commit, use datetime instances instead of unix timestamps internally.

Started datetime sandbox branch.
