The !InterMapTxt should not be overwritten by a `wiki upgrade` command. Suggested by athomas.

Fixed a tiny bug in the wiki engine...

Don't display the ''Your email or username:'' field for authenticated users.

Applied 1890-firststeps.patch from maxb, with a minor modification in get_reporter_id.

Related to ticket #1890.

Got r3321 wrong w.r.t InterTrac shorthand syntax for the log ranges.

Made sure all CREATE TEMP TABLE were followed by a corresponding DROP TABLE, closes #3266.

Controller branch: migrate versioncontrol UI.

Fix Safari crasher caused by Javascript search term highlighting... apparently Safari doesn't like the {{{Node.splitText()}}} DOM function in links, so avoid using it.

Follow-up to r3329 and r3451: as there's no satisfying way to inform authors that using direct image links for embedding images is deprecated, we don't need to wait for another Trac version before removing this (mis)feature. Closes #2183.
