Stylistic change: ticket status is now more prominent. Closes #1990.

Timeline ticket events now link precisely to the corresponding ticket change.

Finalizes #3259, proposed by athomas.
I think this could also help for #2760 w.r.t to tickets.

Some more ticket ''Reply to'' feature tweaks:
* added the ability to reply to the main ticket description.
This is mainly interesting for citing part of the original description.
* some Trac developers were not that found of the auto-hide ''Reply'' button,
so I've changed that to a normal button, as less obtrusive as I could make it.

Make the patch renderer a bit more robust, like when the line is missing between two consecutive diffs (see attachment🎫1890:authen.diff for example)

Fixed silly mistake in r3388

Try to fix the display of diffs in Konqueror, as suggested by trac@... Fixes #1246.

If unspecified in TracIni, the width and height of the logo won't be specified in the <img> tag either. Fixes #2767.

Also show diffs for files edited after a copy or a rename operation. Fixes #3172.
