* Merged trunk log:trunk@...:3190
* Moved `OrderedExtensionPoint` into `trac.config.OrderedExtensionOption`.
* Added checks for args to `has/assert_permission` with `type` and `id` attributes, allowing usage like: `has_permission('WIKI_VIEW', WikiPage(env, 'WikiStart'))`
