Replaced `str` calls by `unicode` calls, where relevant.

`str(x)` is kept is still used when we are confident that
`x` is a number or a bool.

This fixes #2905.

Refactored the `HDFWrapper.set_value` method.

Fix another unicode issue, spotted by tdkim, thanks!

TicketQuery now also shows the number of matches for each group.

Use unicode internally for the attachment filenames. Could fix #2981.

Follow-up to r3101: in TracAdmin `wiki load/import`, we should assume that the wiki files are using the UTF-8 charset.

Follow-up to [3097]: skip resources that don't have all their requirements available, instead of aborting.

Fixed the file viewer in the TracBrowser module.

There was some confusion between the requested path/rev and
the last modified path/rev, which produced errors when viewing
a file which had just been copied. This fixes #2949.

Also, when no revision has been specified, the TracBrowser
don't artificially add the latest revision to its links.
This makes it possible to browse the repository to its
latest state, unless explicitely making a revision ''sticky''
by specifying it in the ''View revision: '' form.
That fixes #987.

Fix support of space characters in paths. This concerns `mod_python` when the `TracUriRoot` directive is used. Closes #2864.
