Added a subversion post-commit script contributed by Stephen Hansen. This
script can be used to close Trac-tickets simply by including special commands
in the commit log.

Logo is now the same size as in 0.5.2.

Patch from Nicholas Riley for properly handling backslash paths on Windows.

Distutils in python <= 2.2 doesn't have the log function.

Make sure the executable bit is set on trac.cgi when installing.
