Setup the log earlier, so that it's set when doing close() early because of an exception.

I.e. this suppresses the
{{{
Exception exceptions.AttributeError: SubversionRepository object has no attribute log in <bound method SubversionRepository.__del__ of <trac.versioncontrol.svn_fs.SubversionRepository object at 0xb78b098c>> ignored
}}}
warning.

TracCrossReferences: improved cross-reference navigation.

Now, on the ''Cross-references'' page, when clicking on a reference
(an incoming or outgoing relation, or a backlink), one goes to the
''Cross-references'' page for that object, instead of targeting the
object itself. It's now the ''facet'' part of a reference that has
the link to the object's page (in the future, that link should even
Target the facet's anchor within the object's page).

That way, it's quite easy to browse through the graph of relations.

The RSS feed items from TracRevisionLog link to the restricted changeset.

The advantage is that the sequence of changeset navigation will
stay on the path from which the RSS feed was subscribed.

The full changeset is anyway only one click away...

Use `base_url` when computing absolute URL of redirection (from a patch by cmlenz, on #2553)
