Commit [r2636]  Maximize  Restore  History

TracChangeset has now a better caching behavior.

A given changeset will be reloaded if the underlying repository has been modified,
if the changeset is not the last changeset anymore (and it will then correctly show the ''Next Changeset'' link), etc.

Also added the ''age'' information, as requested in #2451.
