Fix formatting of `textarea` type custom ticket fields in email notifications, as well as any field that for some reason has newlines in its value. Closes #2192.

This is done by checking if the actual ''context'' of the link has changed.

* manage references to changeset objects and to source objects
* `Node.path` must now be a normalized path
* restored ''Cross-references'' navigation link on the ticket page,
and added that link for the browser, report and milestone pages
