In the revision log view, each row contains two links with the revision number.
I made those links a little bit more explicit:
* the link in the '''Rev''' column now shows a hint ''Browse revision x''
* the link in the '''Chgset''' column is now displayed enclosed in `[...]`
and shows a hint ''View changeset [x]''
