Commit [r2186]  Maximize  Restore  History

* Fix inconsistency in `node_change` table definition. Closes #1973.

* Adjust wiki page history so that the version numbering starts at 1 instead of 0. Closes #1956.
* Rename sample configuration to `trac.ini.sample`.
