Updated ChangeLog

Convert strings to iso8859-15 before sending them
to the browser. This is only temporary until we have implemented
full unicode support.

Added missing htdocs/README. Updated all paths to be platform independent.

trac.css apparently showed up as "added" when it was in fact "svn
mv"-ed.. Very strange... Oh, well, fixed now. Fixes #97.

Make sure the "view" checkboxes in the timeline view reflect
the current state. This closes #78.

Better handling of malformed wiki-svn references.

Removed inline CSS, added @imports to accomplish the same dynamic
traits. Cleaned up CSS and fixed IE6 navbar display problems,

Bumped version-number to 0.5.2-pre.

Convert svn commit messages to Latin-9 (ISO-8859-15), to handle non-ascii
chars. Trac does not (yet) handle other encodings. Fixes #92.

initdb now indexes the repository when creating database.
A side-effect is that the user running initdb now requires write-access to the
repository to run. This shouldn't be a big issue in practice though.
Also made the initdb process more people-friendly and self-documented.
Fixes #90 and #91.
