Update a couple email addresses.

Remove some unused code

Make setup.py generate valid rpm spec files. Closes #1141.

Added missing id attributes to form fields. Closes #1902.

Add {{{application/xml}}} and {{{application/xhtml+xml}}} to the list of MIME types known by SilverCity and Enscript.

Only try to send mail to users if they have set their email address. Closes #1884.

Fix typo in [2062].

Fix some problems in the ticket notification mail formatting (hopefully, at least). Should close #1734 and #1743. Thanks to Shun-ichi Goto for the patch.

Fix the fix in [2057].

Fixed a typo in [2056] and a minor optimization.
