I accidentally broke the quickjump code a while ago.

InterTrac: merged with TracDiff (diff:branches/cboos-dev/anydiff-branch#2021:2039)

Note that [2035] is only partially supported:
* the way the href for sibling environments is set the first time should be improved
* support for `-e` is not done yet, due to lack of time

TracDiff: merged with trunk (diff:trunk#2020:2038)

use "startswith" and "endswith" for string comparisons rather than substringing (fixes #1857 thanks to trac@...)

Some little fixes for the old trac-obj-branch, so that at least the ticket dependency stuff is testable.

[2035] mistakenly made tracd parse -d as if it took a value

add tracd option -e or --env-parent-dir for specifying a parent directory to serve all projects under (fixes #1825)

Avoid recognizing wiki page names in what looks otherwise like a path. Fixes #1838.

Trac can now use both psycopg and pyPgSQL postgresql drivers.

Fixed typo in trac-post-commit-hook.
