InterTrac: add a default InterMapTxt page, for !InterWiki support.

InterTrac: oops, fixing the {{{IWikiChangeListener}}} methods, and changed the !InterWikiMap default page name to be {{{InterMapTxt}}} (same as !MeatBall, usemod, ...)

InterTrac has now proper !InterWiki support: this required a small change to the WikiPageNames conventions.
Previously, {{{MoinMoin:HelpOnFormatting}}} was parsed as two distinct wiki page names, separated by a column. Now, it is parsed as an !InterWiki link to the !HelpOnFormatting page in the !MoinMoin wiki.

One unit-test changed accordingly.

InterTrac: small fix for {{{img}}} external links. Fixes unit-tests.

Simple refactoring to split up and explain the current WikiPageNames regexp

InterTrac adds [ticket:40 InterWiki] support. However, for now, !InterWiki prefixes which are themselves WikiPageNames are only working when enclosed in square brackets (e.g. {{{[MeatBall:InterWiki The MeatBall InterWiki page]}}}).

Added `...` syntax in addition to !{{{...}}} for marking up inlined code

Shorthand InterTrac links implemented (e.g. {{{#T234}}} and {{{[T1899]}}})

Detect and reject changes to tickets that have been modified since the user started editing. Closes #1228
