Added configurable ''daysback'' option for the {{{[timeline]}}} in the [wiki:TracIni trac.ini], instead of the hardcoded value 30.

TracTicketsCustomFields of type '''text''', '''checkbox''' and '''textarea''' can also have a default ''value'', but they have no ''options'' set.

Without the fix, the empty array given as replacement for the ''options'' would be search for the default value, resulting in an unwanted warning,
or worse, in a index out of range error if the default value happened to be 0.

Fix adding lists/tuples to the HDF under Python 2.2. Closes #1535.
