* added an alternative plain text ''!ChangeLog''-style output format.
This can be useful to have a starting point when one wants to write
a textual summary of what happened on a branch, or since the previous
release.
The appropriate revision log can be prepared using the
''starting from <rev>'' and ''to <rev>'' parameters.
The ''show full message'' option is quite useful here.
* some fixes for the RSS output, which seems to have been broken
since a long time. I was not able to test it for some reason,
so it's certainly not ''completely'' fixed.
