Commit [r11106]  Maximize  Restore  History

1.0dev: Attachment validation only handled the first problem. Fix now returns all warnings to the user, and re-populates input where possible. Closes #10353.

Thanks to Scott Wang for raising the issue + preparing and testing patches.
