1.0dev: A few fixes and improvements to the batch ticket modification functionality.

- Fixed a !JavaScript error when the user doesn't have `TICKET_BATCH_MODIFY`.
- Fixed filtering of "textarea" fields.
- De-select the item in the field selector after adding the new line.
- Place the focus on a relevant control in the new line after adding a field.
- Improved the layout in the batch modification box.
