Commit [r10670]  Maximize  Restore  History

0.12.3dev: Fixed an internal error when a page contains a ticket range link with a big range. The result of `len(Ranges(...))` is now technically wrong in this case, but at least it doesn't crash anymore.

Closes #10111.
