1. Monitor write folder for new files
2. Quit if write, archive, read and status folder do not exist
3. Read the content of a new file and move the file to archived
4. Write the contents to a socket
5. Store the response in a new file in the read folder
6. Write events to files in the status folder

The code uploaded today is incomplete. I will have something that works in the next couple of days.
