There is a home page, just select menu "Project > Web Site" or see also "Dokumentation > Browse"
Thin XP is only useful if you are migrating to Citrix.
This tool will help you to configure the XP Computers, so they don't boot the Windows Desktop any more.
Instead on startup the Citrix Desktop will be shown.
This way you can use the existing XP Computers like Citrix CE or Linux Thin Clients,
so you don't have to replace them by Thin Clients.
This could also be done by manually changing some Registry settings,
but with the Tool you are much quicker and you can undo the changes again.
