Thanks Don, with systemd-boot added and an all modules build now complete I am still unsure of how to make the iso image bootable using UEFI and where the DHCP server needs to be pointed to for UEFI PXE...

Not really, you just need to pick an efi boot loader. So add systemd-boot after refind in build.conf, also your dhcp server needs to point efi clients to the efi bootloader.

This problem is persisting however I have a breakthrough today.

The PC model is HP ProOne 600 G2 All in One and today I found the following post that describes the same issue on a similar model HP:

"We have enabled Legacy Support and the image was again only on upper half. Then again Legacy Support disabled and image was again OK. So we have coincidentally found the BUG in this BIOS"

In essence it appears that this problem exists when "Legacy mode" is enabled in the BIOS.

I have now disabled the legacy boot mode and enabled UEFI boot however neither PXE or CD will boot Thinstation. If I turn on "Legacy mode" again I can boot again, however the screen is split.

Is there are trick to booting Thinstation in UEFI boot mode?

After much work I now have Thinstation booting via PXE (Thanks Don)

When Thinstation boots the screen is split in two horizontally with the
contents duplicated, so after boot I end up with two squashed down screens,
one on top of the other, displaying a username & password prompt.

This is using an all modules build.

Any ideas?
