It’s not a problem about the delay, weather and interruptions at work have made it difficult to sit down and actually work on this consistently. I actually found out it was a certificate error when I did that, I started an xfwm4 session, hopped on the terminal and tried using the commands I got from https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/wiki/CommandLineInterface and https://github.com/Thinstation/thinstation/blob/master/ts/5.1/conf/freerdp.conf.sample which were very helpful. Don has also been helping me through an irc as well I was told about in my first message sent through here. http://webchat.freenode.net/ I joined #thinstation and #freeRDP . I managed to get the cert from one terminal server; I’ve been trying to set up that as the only connection. I think I made some progress as now, instead of telling me I need to reconnect, it goes into an “automatic logon” loop. So, two steps forward one and a half steps back? This is my first real exposure to Linux so this is all very new to me and this is the only machine I have access to the network on with a form of Linux distro. I remade the xfwm4 and I’m going to try and get the certs for the other terminal servers, and the load balancer. So far it looks like I’ll need to try this by hand, I don’t mind It’s just getting it to work now that’s a bit confusing. Name's Daniel too, forgot to add that as my signature. -- View this message in context: http://thinstation.4464.n7.nabble.com/FreeRDP-autostart-and-certificate-issue-tp24202p24244.html Sent from the thinstation-general mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
