the .config folder is copied out of etc/skel or in other words the initial user profile is based off of etc/skel, and there is an rc.xml file in that folder.
 
We are overwriting the default rc.xml that is provided by openbox with one in packages/openbox/build/extra/etc/skel/.config/openbox/rc.xml during the first build

Hi.

I've made an boot image for pxe with thinstation 5.1, kernel 3.6.11. I've
choose openbox as window manager, and it needs to be so, with no desktop
manager (xdesktop-kiosk, etc). I've successfully customized the menu by
overriding "/etc/openbox.funtions" on an self-made package.

BUT I've been trying to customize openbox options at
"$HOME/.config/openbox/rc.xml" for some time now, and can't seem to. The
problem is, the file is override at startup just like "menu.xml" was
override by "openbox.funtions" but, unlike the case with the menu, I can't
find the script doing it for "rc.xml", nor any way to "force in" my custom
rc.xml;

Is it possible to change this default behaviour? In need to set "rc.xml"
arbitrarily.
