Can you do the same when booted from the Thinstation usb thumb drive? I'm not sure if it will automagically mount that drive (or where). The VMView LiveCD is setup to look for thinstation.profile on: STORAGE_CONFIG1=/mnt/cdrom STORAGE_CONFIG2=/mnt/floppy STORAGE_CONFIG3=/mnt/disc/hda/part1 STORAGE_CONFIG4=/mnt/disc/hda/part2 STORAGE_CONFIG5=/mnt/usbdevice/sda1 If it is mounted, but not in one of these locations, we will need to regenerate the image with the correct mount point. Just use a TSoM and use the 'Load Files' tab to 'Upload' the LiveCD.vmview.build file at the beginning and then the LiveCD.vmview.buildtime file at the Buildtime step (and change the values to suit your devices). Note: it may be worth updating the LiveCD.vmview.build after you have uploaded it to suit your needs (eg. only include the keyboards, video drivers, nics, etc. that you need). This will speed up boot times.
