Hmmm, I'm not sure why it needs the 75dpi. Xorg7 doesn't seem to generate a 75dpi structure at all. Maybe it's something we have in the x script. Anyway, I'm doing a little reading on XOrg7 fonts to fully understand. One thing I did notice was that a number of other people had similar problems and runnning mkfontdir helped (which might need to be included in the build or init.d).
