this file helped .... somewhat. I now have the usual non alphanummeric keys
working and <ALT GR> appear to do something as well (alt-gr and 5 now gives
me the =E2=82=AC).

however I still cannot type a <"> and <e> for a <=C3=AB> or a <`> and   for=
 a
<=C3=A0>, etc.
I might have found a workaround, if I enable Dutch language on our server
and change the build to ICA_USE_SERVER_KEYMAP (or something like that) the
keys appear to be working, but this has to be done in every invidual users'
profile and we have lots of users, so I'd prefer to solve it at the TS
level.
