Mike, not sure if my last reply went through. The client that seemed to work fine I was using for testing to get diskdrive access working and testing different setups. Then grabbed another old pc to test HD boot and it failed at the point stated. So I tried a CD boot with it and it did the same thing. So i thought it might be hardware issue so went back to the original PC and that stalled at the same point. It doesn't hang, the curser remains flashing and I can type in characters on the boot screen, but it doesn't connect to the terminal. Also tried the data server to see if it was a server issue and that did the same thing. Thanks again for taking a look at my problem. People like you are saviours for us mere mortals in the computing world. I was also wondering about the build.config file in the TFTPRoot. Is this just for reference with the actual build config being stored in the initrd or .iso file, or must you replace this when you do a new build to allow it to work correctly?
